HSRAA's most ambitious and multi-faceted project to date, this massive endeavor included creating a new wall at the top of the Horseshoe Parade field, adding new troop flag poles and a new main flagpole, re-doing the parade field walkway, re-landscaping the parade field itself and also adding a new staircase at the bottom of the parade field walkway.

This project has many facets, including beautification of the picnic grove through re-sodding and re-seeding the grass, adding walkways, and building a pavilion.
