Each year, members of Octoraro #22 convene for a section conclave which takes place in neighboring council camps and boast great training, activities, food, fun and fellowship. Every few years, Camp Horseshoe and Octoraro #22 play host to the conclave.
Note: Pre-1949, there were Area Meetings, from 1949-1973 there were conferences and Pow-wows, and from 1974-present there are conclaves.
The 1969 Area III A Conference was held at Camp Horseshoe on June 13 - 15, 1969 at Camp Horseshoe.
The 1997 NE-4B Conclave was held June 13-15, 1997 at Camp Horseshoe.
The 2014 Section NE-6B Conclave took place from June 6 -8, 2014 at Camp Horseshoe. The theme was "Arrowmen: Assemble the Brotherhood" and was staffed by 146 Octoraro Lodge 22 members (and a few from Blue Heron Lodge 349 as well), with 388 total arrowmen in attendance.
The 2019 Section NE-6B Conclave was held at Camp Horseshoe from June 7 - 9, 2019. The theme was "Carnival of Fellowship: Living Beyond the Obligation" and featured a full carnival, carnival-themed closing show, carnival food, and excellent training.
