In order to create a user id and password, you must have supplied an email address when you registered with HSRAA. Enter that email address along with a user id and password. You will receive an email shortly with instructions on activating your new userid.

If you do not receive the email shortly, check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' mail folder.

If you have any problems, email the Web Master directly.
