Dining Hall

Though some programs call for participants to have Outpost meals, Camp Ware staffers get their meals here and many others from the Special Camporee to Cub Scouts have great fun as program is best delivered on a full stomach at HSR.

Renovation Project Pictures

In 2012, the Octoraro Lodge #22 began fundraising for the Camp Ware Dining Hall renovation project with the aim of making the facility operable year round.  With improvements for heating and air conditioning, the facility can be used for banquets, meetings, seminars, or conferences by the BSA or other groups at any time throughout the year.  Construction is ongoing but should finish up in 2016.
